Another State who is in despair with the Building Industry and lack of ability to claim on Insurance! These people are not to blame for faulty legislation they are victims of bureaucratic bungling! Victoria has followed Tasmania in dumping last resort Home Owners Warranty however the dispute resolution system is still in disarray and the Governments need to listen intently to consumers!!!
